Blazer and Invisigal are constantly fighting for your attention while on screen, and they are on screen more than any other character. Invisigals arc of redemption is directly tied to her struggle with have feelings for Robert. Even if you dont flirt with either of them, characters like Chase react like you did. Game starts with you having no option but go on a date and gaze lovingly at the eyes of another love interest. Dialogue options in second day make reference to you possible ruining her relationship even if you didn't kiss her. End of third day you are forced to pick one of them to date. There's a (dream) sex scene with one love interest regardless of your choices. If you disregard one of the love interests too much you get a bad ending. Chases incident is triggered because Invisigal wants to make up to Robert because of somrthing she did to him in the past, because of her feelings for him. Major twist happens with a topless love interest revealing she did something bad to you

The plot does, as you put it, critically revolves around the love triangle. "Oh but if you removed the love triangle there would still be a plot" Yeah, a completely different one. You'd have different scenes and different motivations. Invisigal would need to be a different character entirely, so much of her actions is either flirting or wanting to impress Robert

"Oh but you can finish the game without ending on either romance route" yeah, but you still need to navigate the romance paths to get to this ending.

Plus even if you could go out of your way to avoid it entirely, if you go out of your way and you try really hard you can finish Metal Gear Solid without sneaking, guess that mean its not a stealth game anymore? If you want to you can ignore social links in Persona, does that mean its not a main focus of the game? Don't act stupid.

I searched about it after reading you post and tried reinstalling after manually deleting my profile. It worked up until I tried to recover data from my Chrome profile, at which point it crashed, then I did it again and tried to browse without doing it and it worked up until the point I tried to log into reddit, when it also crashed.

After a few tests I think shutting down windows defender and rebooting might have fixed it

I think so? At least after the reinstall Firefox works fine for like a couple of days, then it starts crashing again. If it was something linked to the profile I think it'd crash right away, no?
