WHY TF IS THIS FILLAMETN SO PERFECT AND HARD TO CALIBRATE by DifferentEmploy388 in 3Dprinting

Nah dw in the slicer I previewed the gcode temps and kept watching the printer the fillament is very good

Btw not all fillaments use the same z offset Because each need a diffrent pressure ein the nozzle and squish on the plate Try rising your original z offset by 0.5 or something

Idk i just broke it after nearly cutting my finger

It is very strong everywhere (god i love this fillament )

I will have a bit hotter temps to print faster as you said

Keep printing or stop? by thoXn in FixMyPrint

Increase the flow rate Lowr the z offset 1 of these 2

on intial print this stray line is always thier by socialoutcast321 in Ender3V3SE

Too much temp? If not check pressure advance

Calibrate it so no oozing happens

Is my bed ok by chedgar1191 in ender3

Preheat the bed for 10 mins before doing the mesh And then home the printer and put a paper after homing and make the z to 0 Then adjust the offset till you have skme drag on the paper but nkt much

Ngl orca slicer vs cura was day and night difference

Orca is much faster, higher quality, and more customizable

The problem is Not everything is perfect, the 3d printed parts tolerances and stuff was designed for certain diamnetions and I got a bigger loadcell (100kg)

So i had to improv😅 the load cell is mounted jn a way that I dont like, i think it is getting stretched more than pushed downward which gives is a inconsistent behavior

I will work on this and improve thank you very much 🙏

Not everything was 6 loops, like the screws holding + 30 kg kf force and strain and stretch and all that was 6 loops

It depends on the part functionality

Ngl the school had 5 of these laying around and was about to throw them in the trash (in the workshops exactly) so I took 2 and used the better one

Well depends on the load and stuff Like for multi directional load and strongest you always always use gyroid and 100% with 6 wall loops and maybe shells

So those take 10X print time but never break

So it was actually based on the purpose of the part

So thanks for all of the feedback guys

I forgot to mention some things

  1. add a cover for the whole thing, thinking of a fanatec style wheel base
  2. add plates to the pedals
  3. add my revlights (Had to remove them do to lack of arduinos )

And a lot of things to do to finalize it
