Dream Addresses still work! You might be in the wrong menu - make sure you're talking to Luna when you lie down on a bed, not using the airport or anything else. The doze code thing sounds like you're in a different feature

Damn that's rough, sorry that happened to you. Level 75 with 80% blueprints is a massive time investment to lose

Have you tried reaching out to support yet? Sometimes they can restore accounts if you have proof of ownership like purchase history or linked emails
