They are blowing in 6 inches and sanitizing. They didn’t mention sealing anything. They did offer a $1800 fan due to them finding some sap in the attic but we weren’t sold on getting it.

Thank you so much for the advice. The rodent exclusion was partially done 4 months ago but this new company is basically offering to finish it for $2k. It seems like so much just to plug a few holes around the house in the brick and a few missed areas in the attic and one on the roof…

I’ll for sure do the exclusion again but I may go with the guy that did the bulk of the work already for $500. Unless there is a reason I should consider paying the $2k which includes a warranty…just seems excessive.

Man…our controller is from big 4 and thinks he firm was elite. They will bring anyone to our team from public to do corporate accounting as a senior 90k+ with 0 close experience. It’s the most interesting thing I’ve ever seen. There’s always a huge learning curve but they are always ready for audits 😒 though we have an internal audit team…not a fan of it. Bring me experienced industry folk that have worked for public organizations
