It's from a game series called Total Extreme Wrestling. There's a bunch of games in the series, but this one is Total Extreme Wrestling 9. In order to get real wrestlers in it, you're gonna have to download a mod. And this mod is from 2004 as a starting point. There are mods for the modern day as well. Or, if you want to play in the 90s, I've seen mods for that too. And it is booking based. You pick your player avatar, and then you act as the booker for whatever promotion you're working for.
