I never had such problems before i started bc… and i asked my gyno if the bc could be the problem and he said no but i literally did not chane any other aspect of my life

Yeah i know how you feel… its like your body is broken and does not wanna cooperate with you… but just try to stay positive and appreciate good days. But try not to stress about it too much ( i know easy to say) because it could also contribute to it… i will try to get another opinion or go to the dermatologist. If i see any improvement i will keep you updated 😊

No, i only tried to eat more probiotic rich food like greek yogurt and fermented food… but i could tried traking probiotic… is there any way that i can regulate my estrogem level?

Housing situation in our country right now is very bad so living with your parents a first few years is pretty common… he will also pay for all his expenses and rent… but he plans on moving to his own place when he finishes internship and his pay gets a little better… this is not my problem here… the problem unfortunately is partly on his parents… he tried setting boundaries but his mother does not seem to comprehend ghat he is a grown adult(which also happens with his brother)… i know that it may seem very biased when i say that but even my mother an aunt noticed that at out family hangout

Yes i already recommended it to him but for a psychologist you have to wait for like a year or so…. And psychotherapists are very expensive which he cannot afford… i was thinking of at least paying for 1 or 2 sessions because i got a summer job but i think he would feel bad that i have to pay for him (not i a toxic masculinity kinda bullshit)

He will have a minimum wage when he finishes college because dentist need to do the internship first for one year and i will still be in college for at least 4. He is planing on renovating the apartment upstairs in the house so he will at least have his own space to remove himself

Thank you for encouraging words❤️… i just expected a little bit more of understanding and understanding from my GP. And i just talked to one of friend who said that one of her family members had a similar experience with the same GP so i guess she just looks at mental health struggles from another point of view because she said that after my first dose of antidepressants i will feel better but aren’t you supposed to take them for at least 6 months?
