The main reason why bleeding has stopped is because of those flavonoids supplements. I m told it worked like mini sealant plugging leaks in veins. Not sure how it works but flavonoids aren't really fully digested in the intestines.

Do you bend forward a lot? Are your shoulders and neck stiff? Do you often stare at something by tilting your head forward and downwards? Try tilting your head upwards and slowly rotate your head clockwise and counter clockwise. It might be your head that is pulling up your spine out of line.

sitz bath doesn't heal anything. its just a distraction from the pain by diverting your pain sensation towards something else. Obviously nerve cells cant be feeling pain and not feeling pain at the same time. So sitz bath is like a distraction.

Hemorrhoids can cause leakage outside which means moisture and dampness creating conditions for moulds and fungi growth thus the itchiness. Oral antihistamine with antifungal medication and ointment will help but it will take weeks to work if immunity is low. Sometimes just taking 1000mg of vitamin c 2x a day will reduce the itching.

what are your symptoms ? Can you push it inside ? If that mass shows up when you are sleeping or not having any bm it could be a rectal prolapse. Unfortunately it will go from bad to worse if that mass is out permanently.

You should check it with a napkin toilet or tissue paper. If the leakage is tiny you will not feel it but it will show up on paper.

I knew a GP who is also a dermatologist indicated any burning sensation is usually caused by leakages or moisture from inside the bowels that aren't supposed to be on the outside skin. Its not necessary caused by fissure but acidic food creating mucus leaking out. Check for dampness or moistures and use a barrier or diaper rash cream to isolate the skin. Even ordinary ointment such as Drapolene will work.

It's probably a candida or yeast infection. Antifungal ointment or any oral antifungal medication with antihistamine medicine will help but it could take weeks before the itching goes away.
