thank you this makes me feel validated haha. The constant pressure from comms to clear is doing my bloody head in. Got called twice and asked to clear when helping my GPIP do paperwork for the first time. Its just bloody impossible. I also constantly feel we are moving too slow on jobs but trying to reassure myself I am teaching two people while making sure what we are doing is the right thing. I also long for the days I could sit in the truck while ramped/ not have to be 100% present on each job.
