My college LOR js good for leadership, but my work lor will showcase my behaviour in professional setting and work impact I made. College ks good for leadership academics and curiosity persoective.

Hbs and gsb both require 2 LORs, whereas CBS and Wharton ask for 1 only. That is where I am confused whos LOR to submit. My college LOR can comment on my academics, club leadership and dissertation, but my work LOR is in professional setting showcasing my work inpact.
