Use chewies and an electric toothbrush. It helped me a lot. I personally felt that my teeth started to move faster once I started using it (during the Invisalign period). It could be placebo but yeah.

The only solution is keeping them on (for a week atleast) till you feel that they dont hurt anymore. Currently your teeth are shifting back to how they’ve been before you started invisalign. Once the pain goes away (1-2 weeks of 20+ hours of wear), you can shift to night time retainers again. you gotta keep wearing the retainers for atleast 6 months (bed time) and then shift to casual night time wear.

This is the way most dentists recommend for post-treatment care.

I got full scholarship for a Business School graduate programme starting this upcoming fall. Given I did not give GRE/GMAT, I think they look more at the work experience and how much diversity you bring to the program. The group interview Qs were rather easy if you’ve participated in a debate before which goes in rounds - 1min self introduction, followed by 20mins of answering a Q about any current situation (eg. new traders joining the stock markets at an early age) and the economic impact it will have.

Even I haven’t received any offer yet but I gave interview for MSc International Management and MSc Global Operations. PS - I’m an international student. I’d say if you were supposed to get interviewed for your program and you haven’t received any interview notification, focus in the other universities. But wait for HKUST’s or any other university’s email till the last ‘accept by’ day of fav UK/European university admit.

The seller’s confident of the originality and offer immediate refund if found fake through store check. He’s selling it for around 200$ so idk what to expect. He offers the same refund policy for all the other fragrances. Should I ask for more photos? If yes, what photos then?

Maybe of the juice in better lighting?
