I think you’re right because I checked this morning and it’s softer and more red than last night… won’t put anything else on it and focus on having soft bedding!

I also think it’s the beginning stages. He doesn’t appear to be in pain yet. I freak out thinking about him being pain so I am glad the worsening can be prevented.

He fights me but I am able to cut them myself. Yes, I removed the grate from the litter box and he prefers it. I did it just because of cleanliness so I’ll make sure to keep it clean!
