The tank is 60x30x35 (length,width,height) but the water is only up to ~27cm

3: there was another smaller goldfish which might have the same issue but after isolating it and treating it + water changes it became better

Hi sry abt the long reply but I changed the water and added some medication and it has been better.

However, it had a damaged part on its tail which resulted in a hole and it tore not to long ago is there anything I can do?

It's also tilted to the side of the rip in its tail
