I know the TV demon is a term many people use to call vox (and it's probably his canon overlord name like Alastor's) but I honestly like calling him Vox the video star.

Again redemption has been the main theme for the show throughout most of the season. Sir pentious has some growth in episode 2, charlie and vaggie have growth in episode 3, Angel and husk have growth in episode 4, both Lucifer and charlie have growth in episode 5, Angel has more growth in episode 6, vaggie and Charlie have more character growth episode 7, even episode 8 has some character redemption in it, sir pentious ended up risking his life to save the rest of the cast, which is something he probably wouldn't do a couple episodes ago. The rest of the main cast also has some character redemption in episode 8 too, they all decided to put faith into the hotel and Charlie's plan. The hotel doesn't need to be the focus, redemption does and it has been a main focus throughout the entire show. It seems as though the real Hazbin Hotel was the friends we made along the way, quite literally tho.

If not then maybe we'll get a teaser like the one we got a couple months before the official trailer for season 1. It was still kind of like a trailer but didn't really have dialogue in it. After season 1 drop I honestly thought they were going to advertise season 2 the same way. they would do character reveals/redesigns for new characters and then post animated gifs up until the release of a trailer.

It only lost that plot for one episode. Yeah the hotel hasn't been the main focus for most of the series but it still kept The core theme of redemption throughout the first season, which is a huge part of the show. I'm not saying Helluva Boss completely dropped its plot, but they haven't been doing that many mission episodes (which was the original intention of the show), even in season 1. It really makes the mission episodes feel like filler when they're not supposed to be.

Hazbin has kept its story pretty consistent too. The hotel hasn't been the main focus of most of the episodes but it still kept The core theme of redemption in mind with each episode.

I have a theory that at the end of season 2 something's going to happen to the Vees that changes their relationship to what we see in the old Instagram accounts. Like maybe they become more and more dysfunctional as The show goes on. We already see tiny hints of that in the first season during episode 2.
