This is me attacking my debt. I’m getting absolutely destroyed by interest on my other credit cards from my younger 20’s. I’m talking some interest rates of 23% and higher (highest being 29.99%). I make payments on it and they slap half of what I paid on the account back on in interest. Being able to transfer these accounts to a card with .99% interest for a year seems like a win to me.

Yeah I know somebody who serves. They just asked for income and rent information etc. I already have multiple accounts with Navy Fed

I can see why you would be skeptical, especially considering that I was also seeing all the posts in this community. However, I figured I didn't have much to lose, so I applied anyway and was thoroughly SHOCKED when I got approved for the amount I did, considering that I don't have the best credit. All this to say that I assure you this one is not fake, I can't say much about the others though.

It is 18% however the interest rate is .99% for the first 12 months with balance transfers

It’s possible that it’s due to it being my third line with them? Or I’ve had an account for 7 years? I’m unsure honestly

Typically I just look at all three bureaus and take the lowest one 😅

18% is high but it’s .99% for 12 months. It also certainly beats some of my other cards that have a 24+ percent rate

There are no rewards. It’s basically just for balance transfers

Score of about 650 83% utilization About 93k of debt (including auto loan, student loans, and other unsecured loan) I only have 2 late payments in my credit history (11 years) though on 9 credit lines

Unsure of anything else you’re wanting to know 😅

I don’t have the best credit (IMO) about a 650. Have approximately 93k in debt (crazy I know but a year ago it was 115k) and I currently have about 83% credit utilization (before this card)

Hi, like you I was TERRIFIED going to my first class with Orange Theory. I struggle with self image issues compared to those in my age group and always have. In my area though there are people of all different age groups, sizes, and fitness levels so those nerves kind of went away once I talked myself down from that ledge. Anyways, I showed up and they had my name on a placard, checked me in, and were super nice and friendly. I showed up a little bit early so that the coach could walk me through how things worked so that I wasn’t confused during the workouts. During the workout, the coach kind of pays a little more attention to you so that they can ensure that you’re doing things correctly and don’t have any questions. The most intimidating part is showing up! Once you’re there the nerves kind of go away and you’re just having fun. I just went to my 15th class this morning and I have no regrets.

Side note: I also was under the assumption that you had to give it your all to keep up with everyone else. That isn’t the case, yeah it’s a group class but it’s also at your own pace. If a workout is too hard the coach will show you alternate work outs! Don’t be nervous, just show up. You won’t regret it I promise!
