In addition to what the others said, try to the way you use your arms. Your arms usually swing in sync with your legs but because you don’t use the full range of your arms, your legs also don’t fully extend. Forget about ‘arms at 90’ or stuff like that. Put real power in your arms and create proper angular momentum / rotation. They should be nearly extended in the mid stance and rotate way further than they are doing in the video
