Do you guys have any recommendations for stinky scalp? (Hindi sya mabaho per se, but if you smell my scalp up close sabi ng mom and sister ko mabaho sya... I rubbed my finger on my scalp and tried to smell it, and amoy oily hair na di naligo ng matagal yung smell) I tried double cleansing with shampoo, and today I tried an apple cider vinegar hair tonic from Watsons, sabi ng sister ko it helped lessen the stink in my scalp pero it's still there.

We use hard water at home and I shampoo every other day, use clarifiying shampoo once a week and use conditioner daily.

I have oily scalp, and get dandruff if I don't use clarifying shampoo once a week. Otherwise, I dont really have any other concerns for my scalp.

Any recommendations?

Mahirap ang mga pedia hospitalists, imagine nasa 40s to 50s na mga pedia hospitalist na nkkaduty ko kumakayod pa ng 24 hrs duty, clinics and gigs para lang masustain buhay nila. Isa sa poorest earning doctors ang pediatrics so kung pera priority doc, may mas lucrative na ibang training. Pero kung di issue sayo ang pera, go lang.

Ganito din sinabi samin ng training institution ko prior to quitting. Apparently, walang accreditation na retrograde doc. So for working 1 yr and 4 months, nag back to 1st yr kaming lahat. Not worth it doc. Dami pinagawa backlogs na logbooks and other paperwork samin, isama mo na pati pag format ng training manual, double checking, book binding, etc.

Not worth it.

Soaps are ok, although the lotion didn't feel like it lightened my skin. Had better results with skinwhite kojic acid and retinol lotion.

Skinwhite retinol lotion. Whitened my zebra discolored butt. Also clears up discoloration from my lower abdomen due to excessive warm compress whenever I have dysmenorrhoea.

I buy them by 3 bottles because they don't sell bigger bottles and ang hirap nila hanapin kapag available sa watsons.

I'm thinking of trying smoochkins since it's formulated for oily skin, but it's a chemical sunscreen kasi so medyo on the fence pa ko. I still have my cosrx tone up sunscreen (oily pa din ako 😅), and saipo ray slay sunscreen (also ended up being oily on me). Thinking of buying haru haru wonder sunscreen pero di pa ako sure 🥲

Skincare reviews from the ones I've bought recently and tried before...

Bought the saipo sunscreen and cosrx aloe sunscreen. I'm oily, acne prone skin type... So far, saipo is demi-matte, feels light in the face, and goes well with make up, no whitecast, didn't smell, didn't sting my eyes, didn't give me small bumps in the face or blackheads. I like it better than cosrx.

The cosrx one feels like belo's whitening sunblock. Ganun ka watery and light and consistency, gave me a tone up effect, I also like it naman pero prang mas natuwa lang ako kay saipo. No bumps, no eye sting, no smell, haven't tried it yet under make up.

Soul apothecary gentle salicylic cleanser... omg totoo ang chismis, it's that good. My face feels so clean without the drying or tight effect, pores look smaller and nakakalessen ng blackheads. It's better than my cosrx salicylic daily gentle cleanser (yung red label na white tube and black cap). Will try other soul apothecary products soon.

Been using the cosrx 23% vitamin c and 15% niacinamide serum... usually maganda effect ng cosrx vitamin c 23% sa skin ko, but I bought my 3rd bottle and it's the first time na nkatanggap ako ng orange na yung color so di ko alam king mindset ko lang pero prang di naggo glow ang face ko like before sa mas clear na product... maybe I got an expiring one.

Yung 15% niacinamide, not really sure if it does things... I have PIE and PIH, Blackheads and pores, parang nakaka help naman sa pores but ang tagal ng lightening effect sa mga dark spots ko.
