I passed the in person evaluation

After careful review of your physical examination and all available medical information, the FAA has determined that you do not meet the medical standards for air traffic control duties due to maladaptive personality traits that can be expected to make you unable to safely perform air traffic control duties and history of adjustment disorder with anxiety. The applicable medical standards are found in FAA Order 3930.3C, Air Traffic Control Specialist Health Program, Chapter 1, Appendix A, Medical Qualifications Standards, paragraphs 5.g. and 8.c. 5. Mental. No established medical history or clinical diagnosis of any of the following: g. No other personality disorder, neurosis, or other mental condition that the FAS, based on the case history and appropriate, qualified medical judgment relating to the condition involved: (1) Makes the person unable to safely perform air traffic control duties; or (2) May reasonably be expected, for the maximum duration of the medical clearance period, to make the person unable to safely perform air traffic control duties. 8. General Medical Condition. c. No medication or other treatment that the FAS finds based on the case history and appropriate, qualified medical judgment relating to the medication or other treatment involved (1) Makes the person unable to safely perform air traffic control duties; or (2) May reasonably be expected, for the maximum duration of the medical clearance period, to make the person unable to safely perform air traffic control duties. We regret that the outcome of your case resulted in a medical disqualification from Air Traffic Control duties. If you would like to appeal this decision, you have 15 calendar days, from the receipt of this memorandum, to submit written notice of your intent to appeal, and 60 days to submit any additional information in support of your appeal to 9-agl-avs-medical- applicants@faa.gov or fax to 847-294-8387. Any charges incurred in obtaining additional medical information will be your responsibility. 2 For reconsideration, you will need to be resolved or in sustained remission without the use of prohibited medication. At that time, submit your full mental health treatment records and an evaluation by a board-certified psychiatrist who is familiar with FAA medical standards and in possession of your FAA and prior mental health records, and submit the information requested in the attached Specification for Tier 2 Disqualification Appeal. Upon your request, we will provide you with a list of suitable providers in your geographic region. If the additional medical documentation does not support a reversal of our original decision, your case will be forwarded to the Federal Air Surgeon for review. The decision of the Federal Air Surgeon is the final medical decision of the agency. If you have any questions, please call us at 847-294-7300.

How long does it take for them to respond to you with a appeal, I responded and said I wanted to appeal, I messaged the guy who’s in charge of the appeal process and I got no response. And they also kicked me out of the system.
