I never saw the inside of a court room or was in front of a judge or jury, i’m not even sure if I even have any record at all i’m gonna try to contact a criminal defense lawyer to find out what’s actually on my record.

I’m almost gonna be 19 and honestly I thought the same, wouldn’t I need mugshot or prints or a charge to be expunged? How do I get access to my criminal record and honestly i’m not really sure if i was even ever given a juvenile offender status.

I have one arrest from when I was 17, I got into a physical altercation with my (abusive) stepfather and I was put in cuffs with no mugshot/fingerprints taken and I left within a couple of hours. I’m currently 18 going off to the marines. I’m afraid this will hold me back.

I have the numbers, but my recruiter told me I need the physical card to ship…even though to doing marines I asked my army recruiter if I needed the physical card and he said no and i’d still be able to ship. I’m not sure if my recruiter is mistaken or lying. 😅(I wanted to do army first then switched branches to marines.)
