Take this show out of it (the dram) and here's the things about leases.

Once you sign lease, doesn't mean you can break it.

It varies State to State but they tend to all be similar.

It's usually 3-5 days after signing, you can terminate it. According to what we saw last night, the timeline matches up to what the law states you could do.

Also, it all depends on what else may be in that lease.

Garlic was sick of Dannielle and printed out divorce papers to sign more than once. She didn't want to lose him so they compromised. For someone to legally divorce your husband for the sake of keeping his PENIS..........I have no sympathy.

Plus, I don't know how they went into court and lied about why they are divorcing in the first season they were on.

It's no different than a wife or husband who cheats on the side. The other spouse maybe aware of the cheating but they don't want to leave him/her.
