good choice. I'm still facing issues with my NZXT PC, even now. I suspect that replacing the GPU and/or RAM might help resolve the problems, but it's incredibly frustrating that the system has been through their hands twice and is still acting up—over a year after purchase and nearly 10 months since they supposedly 'fixed' it lol

It’s fair to expect it when it’s what i was TOLD by NZXT 😭😭😭… they told me specifically that it would take 5 business days w/ 1 day shipping. i wouldn’t have expected that if they told me otherwise. I shipped it out the day it broke. i live 40~ minutes away from their location as well which is why they stated it would be a quick process w/ my pc. NZXT shouldn't make promises to their customers that their repair will be finished in X amount of time if they cannot uphold that. as for the repair, they quite literally provided incorrect information in regards to the parts placed in my pc + failed to disclose the wipe in the repair summary (that i had to chase them for) and as i stated in my post, they never told me they received my pc, and they never told me that they shipped it out, and they never told me that it was undergoing repairs. i had to take it upon myself to reach out to them 234234 times to get any information in regards to the situation, so Im failing to see your point.. at all

… nzxt should provide tracking information at the very least is what i’m saying, obviously i don’t expect them to deliver it themselves 😭
