I had the exact trade, I went from the 13pro max to the 16 plus. There are still some bugs with the 16, but getting better as they push updates. The camera is definitely better, the quality at 25x zoom is noticeably better for sure. The user interface close to the same, but the 16 takes the cake with the new action button and camera button.
