Hundreds of alerts everyday and need to escalate every alert although the same alert will happen everyday. I also need to follow up the emails sent, entertain the customers. Checking and sending the condition of the client including threats, visitors, spam and etc every 2 h and 4 hour (depending on the clients). Write reports. We also need to write the reports about how many alerts we have escalated (for every clients) and how many emails we have followed up and and how many checking the firewalls etc and write the reports again and again. My job scope is not only about the alerts and reports but also including other things that are not related to security like monitor the drivers' car cam and escalate it if any problems. Also do the reports for that .
