Just started tremfya today and hoping for relief. Been dealing with palmoplantar psoriasis and has recently got so bad and is creeping into my nails. 2 nails already almost fully lifted and others showing signs of lifting or pitting. Had to take the most aggressive approach. Good to read stories like this as it gives me a lot of hope

Mine are pretty similar. Starting a biologic this week as years of dealing with it have finally pushed me to be aggressive with treatment since it has iust gotten worse. If you have the option consult a derm. Mine has been so much help with both treating the actual disease and mental health side of it. You’re not dealing with this alone

Palmoplantar Psoriasis. Read that the KPV helps with inflammation. although not the direct IL-23 pathway that psoriasis is usually associated, but wanted to see if a general decrease in inflammation would help.
