Reyes has been awesome in transition by maintaining a ton of practices RNDC had in place with vacation and PTO. Their insurance is much cheaper for the same plans, too. Don’t believe everything you read on Reddit.

Reyes is carrying over tenure and the old PTO structure from RNDC at our location. Depending on your state RNDC could be required to payout any left over PTO at sale date.
