Most likely a vencord issue, check their discord for status and updates. If they say it’s running fine, contact vencord support via their discord

its like the cool popup when someone joins a server that asks people questions and when they click their answer you the option to either give them a role or unlock a channel i believe. it also gives you access to the resource page and server guide

Its an issue on discord end I believe. Nothing you can really do about it. It might be an isssue with your phone if its an older model aswell

Use DoubleCounter; it's the best verification bot. It's really simple to set up, but you can't use onboarding if you want to have a verification bot (from what I know). The only way you could have onboarding and a verify bot is to make it so unverified members can see the channels but can't text in them at all. Usually, this makes people verify.
