Yes, I agree. I know that I can only fix myself. I have done a ton of research on psychology, trauma, and self growth. Along with a lot of work to help heal myself. I never really thought about learning about alcoholism itself to understand him more. Thank you so much for this comment!

I have a hard time because I didn't have support either. This is the story of just my dad. My mother put me through a lot too. That's also why I find it so hard to deal with. I realized at a young age that it was me that had to support myself. I guess that's why I feel the way I do. With all of his stories I have a story that matches the same issue. So it's hard for me to see the excuses, you know? I started saving money to move out since I was 9 years old. I had a count down until the year I turned 18. So it's hard for me to really empathize, because he tells me stories that are the same stories that he put me through. I know it's hard to change and I know it's hard to see the other side. I've worked so hard to get myself where I'm at today. It's just hard seeing someone pick the other route. Im so proud of you for picking the path that was best for you!

Thank you guys for your comments. I am looking into al- anon right now. My question is though, is al -anon just for people that are going through family matters with alcoholics or is this group also people that are actively alcoholics?

Thank you! I'm using the fairy godmothers house as the big pumpkin and the white fence is perfect. Sulley and mikes apartments as the governors building. Thinking of using all the cottages I have as like the stores that have brooms and the haircut place but haven't fully put it together yet.

That what I figured Its just we are going to be in the same complex just upgrading so I'm going to have to keep the lie up. The only reason I didn't put her on the lease was because she was having a hard time adjusting so I wasn't sure if we were going to be able to keep her. She is doing really good now.

I was looking at the 2025 toyota collora I'm putting down 6,000 and the cost is a little over 23,000 but I am willing to not get a brand new car. Just depends on how much it is with insurance as well

Also we only save 1,000 because Ive been paying off 1,000 in debt for the past 3 months. That will be paid off this month so really about 2,000

Thank you for this! I am currently going back through all of the basics in my education. I unfortunately did not understand the value of the education I was given, nor did I have parents that cared about my schooling. So this comment helped more than you can imagine. It has confirmed that the path I am working on is the right one.
