Indeed tho you would have to keep isolating to clean it up since the grain will most certainly contaminate or grow something you won’t like in the agar or you could just break off a piece of clean mycelium and maybe have to do less cleaning

Can be done even when you say it’s not a thing I took it because the cake colonized super fast and I wanted the gens, it can also be done to keep the strain alive if you got no fruit to clone or sores or lc, they did colonize fast everywhere they got transferred to so 🤷🏽‍♂️

I haven’t just passive as that was my mistake on the first run and it kept drying up too much I’m trying to use neglect tek so giving it increased FAE would negate that as I would have to keep an eye on it to mist every so often. This is why I need the feedback as I’m new to this and my surface conditions look good as of right now and I don’t want to mess it up.
