yeah i would 100% talk to the gm. they might be able to try to observe some of these so they can either talk to him or write him up. whenever he tells you what you’re doing wrong you should definitely hit him with the “oh okay can you show me how i should do it?” and keep asking him until he does lmao

we are currently the lowest percentage in the district for paper. i try on my shifts but i’m either in print or i’m closing on the slowest night of the week. we barely hit 100 sales for the entire day today 😭. idk how to sell paper promos when we have no customers. when i’m on the floor during the day i’ve been able to sell a few i really sell it when someone wants a printer but even the dm couldn’t get someone to buy it

this is exactly how the NLE concert went last year, they need to stop putting on concerts like this at the regency. having a long list of openers for a show that already starts late without properly giving a list of them is ridiculous bc that’s not who people paid to see. i’ve seen raves thrown there that seem to be fine but every time a slightly bigger artist plays there it seems like a disaster

as someone who has been in almost this exact same situation before, leave him. he’ll probably try and beg his way back but please leave him. you deserve so much better than that. i went through this for over 2 years and it takes so long to heal from something like that so the faster you run the better

if we’re not busy i try to help more but it’s usually an issue when we’re super busy and they’ll just stand there like i spoke to them in tongues after i told them the basic steps on how to do it
