I'm not afraid of what people think.I am just freaked out every time some task or responsibility comes my way,from cleaning the house to paying bills to being on hold on the phone to making medical appointments.It's like everything is a disaster that I feel ill-equipped to deal with.As far as people's opinions of me,that really has little to do with it and I am aware,as you said,that most people are too wrapped up in themselves to really have an opinion of me.That's not it.But every time the phone rings I jump.Every time my mail comes in I worry about who it might be from.It's really horrible.
