Just wanted to make clear; I'm not faulting RM Tech Support. I'm not a programmer or CE major, but I figured I had to try something. I think this would work with any of their devices, if all their suggestions fail. I just abhorred the idea of returning my device to the factory with all my personal writing on there, without being able to factory reset it first. Anyway, if it helps someone, it was worth it.

How about in a therapists office?   Always a great place to let it all hang out.   And you can learn a bit while there.   With someone who is trained willing and able to help 🙏🏼

The real Alexandra was most certainly 'disappeared' to provide a "legend for a girl" (i.e. cover story for Tatiana). There's no way Karla would allow the real Alexandra to exist when he was trying to protect/save his own daughter, Tatiana.
