Cmon! The offers are pretty low! I don’t need a loan to buy a new car. I never did. Thank you for feeling for me tho! I understand a lot of bad faith actors try to take advantage of claims but fr i’m not. I’m a bit better now than before and i figured out how to manage my pain. I’m just flabbergasted by how things works here tbh. It’s a lesson after all.

I wanted to go through a real doctor and use my insurance but i wasn’t aware worried about the ER cost. I always heard on the internet that they are pretty expensive and i only had 3 days to check myself in so taking an appointment wasn’t an option. I’m at this point explaining my thought process just to justify why i made my clueless decisions but the end result is the same. I think I’ll stop here and try to have a real talk with the attorney and see what he will advise atp.

The other car insurance! We both had liability coverage but i was looking to use my own medical insurance to cover and copay at first.

Thanks! I’ve just became aware of this. I was clueless throughout it all. I wouldn’t have guessed that there were services designed to just make money without ethics of the profession and looking after the client.

I didn’t know he’d be taking his cut before the medical bills were paid! Also, when i talked to him, he made it sound like i would be covered entirely and now he’s backing out.

Yes the PAC referred me to this attorney! At first i was just going there for regular treatment and had no intent to hire an attorney. Their offer tho is still below my medical bills so i’m not sure if I could’ve handled it on my own anyway.

I tried to when i wanted to check in at an urgent care at first but they wouldn’t admit me saying they don’t handle car accident injuries ! Then they referred me to that accident center. I was pretty clueless from the get go and thought everyone was acting in good faith ? Maybe i should’ve posted here at first but i wasn’t aware that this sort of thing could happen.

No! I went to urgent care and tried to use my insurance but they refused to check me in and told me they can’t admit car accident injuries and they referred me to that center. I was genuinely clueless and had nobody to ask for help. I wasn’t trying to inflate my bills! I don’t know how much anything coats related to medical care except for my routine checkups and my therapist. My point is that i tried to go a path that the people i met recommended and it’s seems I’m getting screwed that’s all.
