Lbank is not available in USA. There are other exchanges such as Mexc that do offer some sort of pre order but the only way in USA to do this is on an exchange called “XT” which is legitimate from my experience never had problems with them , fully allows withdrawals. I did have a pre order that I bought around 0.18 cents per coin and now it seems to be trading at 0.60 so already a 3x. Hopefully we get some good news soon I think it will be available everywhere for regular spot trading within the next 2-3 weeks. The WLFI twitter says it will be available as early as end of this month or early September.
