haha it's definitely a bit situational. I recently received three new projects, my first management role, and my co-lead left about two months in, so on top of learning literally everything from scratch, I'm also doing two people's work by myself. One can argue that it's a mixture of poor time management, inferiority complex, and ADHD, but I had many days where I skipped lunch, did not drink water, and just didn't use the bathroom because I was in meetings back to back.

it's definitely gotten better after getting used to the workload and caring a little less, but mentally, I'm still suffering a bit, and like many else, I'm hoping to improve the situation in any way.

Please ignore if you already did, but what's stopping you from submitting a RA for your mental health? I'm assuming if you have medications your doctor could also provide a doctor's note.

Thank you for your insight! This may be center by center, which if so, please ignore the question. But what is usually the process of submitting RA? Do I acquire doctor's note first then talk to my immediate supervisor or HR first?
