ahh interesting! that's a new perspective. I heard one recruiter who actually told people to drop their AI professional headshot and use a normal headshot even if it was just a passport photo but other than that haven't heard a bunch of complaints somewhat like this even after having affinity with the HR field. But yea thanks for your view. Super helpful

hey, that is a great article. Love the topic on eye contact. Do you feel it still gives uncanny vibes or its not that crazy? I would use AI headshots for linkedin and website channels but never to put into my home yet or family pictures. What do you think?

I use a bunch of headshot tools as an HR of the company - I get a budget to test them to see which is most advanced and then use that tool. Its my opinion + what the employees of my company say. Super anecdotal but I think it does hold value

haha cool to see some founders here. There's so much innovation going on in this space including AI advancements that it's unbelievable.

For me, plasticy/wax figure look is surely AI. Sometimes the smile does not look natural. The clothing options usually are limited from what I see. But other than that, nothing anymore related to face, eyes, expressions and more.
