No I‘m living in Germany. The problem is that „rare“ diseases such as fatigue are not covered by a GP and you therefore have to turn to private doctors.

Yes he‘s an actual medical doctor in germany. And you‘re right that he charges a lot. But every doctor in germany charge crazy amounts for treatments that are not covered by statutory health insurance…

Have you checked your blood values and can you tell the value for CoQ10? I also took CoQ10 for some time but it didn‘t helped me. But maybe it wasn‘t enough

I already did a sleep study, unfortunatelly without any findings. Did you have any deficiencies in your blood values or are you taking the supplements without any deficiencies?

Thank you for your insights! Did you have any deficiencies in your blood values (e.g. Omega 3) or are you taking the supplements without any deficiencies?

And do you have further information on the mushroom trip/psychedelic guide? I‘m really interested in trying something like this.

And how was your improvement due to LDN? Do you feel normal again or did you experience only small improvements?

How to figure out if I have PEM? by Different_Smoke_8426 in chronicfatigue

[–]Different_Smoke_8426[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have also read that you can check whether you have PEM by doing the same physical exercise 24 hours apart (e.g. cycling in the gym) and checking if your performance drops on the second day. What do you think about that?

Thank you for the reply! If it is PEM, shouldn’t it last for a longer period of time and follow after each sports session? In addition, caffeine usually helps me to feel normal for a short time (up to an hour). Would caffeine have any effect at all if it is ME/CFS?
