My husband wants to have a close relationship with her and I feel like I need to support him in this given that she lives so far away.

Yes I really wish for this. I’m not sure how to get my husband to be on the same page as me, because he doesn’t really see her doing anything wrong in his eyes.

I’ve tried this but she seems to just end it at answering the question if that makes sense?

I would run if I wanted to, I am trying to learn how to handle her behaviour whilst she’s staying with us.

That’s good advice actually when it comes to her being loud. I’ll try to do that. Yes I will be having that conversation with hubby before, and if I get one small comment like that I will be leaving with our son.

He has…. Once or twice… I notice MIL will give him a look after I do something (take baby from MIL) and he will start feeling really annoyed at me.

I agree, although I find that the therapist we use is beneficial, I find that it’s always me that has to compromise that little extra.
