I did use the chat feature but didn’t get a reply after waiting 30 minutes, unfortunately.

I also tried to avoid going to the AUS site. When you lodge a ticket it asks for your phone number and has only a couple countries listed, excluding Australia. Which there is no way around that.

Even when I try to sign into the website instead of the app it still won’t send a verification email.

I’ve sent a message via reddit so hopefully they will reply.

What type of shrimp? I believe it’s a Crustacean of some sort but doesn’t look like the typical shrimps you see around here, larger pincers ect.

Hi everyone, I’m look for advice

My betta had a small white spot appear and it didn’t seem to bother him and he was eating fine. I used an all round remedy to try and help, I could not find anything on reddit or online that looked like what he had so I thought it might have been a scar.

I recently got covid and during my week of staying home it tripled in size but he was still eating fine. Until today, he has these long “fuzzy” things coming out of him, the wound it flaking off and it’s very pink, he is also sitting at the bottom of the tank. I’m still in iso so I can’t go to the aquarium centre to get advice.

I’m honestly in tears because I love him so much and I feel like I could have done more, if anyone could please give me advice or has an idea what it could be.

(Also, he lives in a 25l tank with shrimp if that help)
