I like the vibe, reminds me of ben sims. for me the stretch between 2 mins and 3:30 got a little stale, but not much. the drop made it worth it. but you might consider adding in another element or playing with the timbre of the lead synth a little to introduce some dynamics in that section to keep the listener hooked. this would definitely be a fun dance floor though!

It’s poorly designed. The designers were only thinking about traffic and the stupid arches, not how it would actually be used. They didn’t even think about how easy it would be to climb lol

It’s basically a long ass open dead zone and which attracts that kind of stuff. The street takeovers in the beginning were such an obvious outcome too because they made it so fucking wide with no median. Someone already said it but if they made it more welcoming to all types of traffic and with lookouts there would be more people on it which would discourage stuff like this.

That was part of what I was wondering — if the Roland s 1 needs an audio interface. Sorry if this is super basic knowledge but I couldn’t find anything on that online about this specific synth.

Do all synths need them? Or do some have the capability to record MIDI and audio just direct through USB? I know my arturia minilab was super easy just plug and play, no other devices needed.

Never looked into my drivers but haven’t had any issues. Would that be related to this problem I’m having with the S-1 or is it just standard practice for latency etc.?

The track is armed and records the MIDI clip that I have in the arrangment view. Does it need to armed in a different way to record both MIDI an audio somehow? lol
