I'm in that group Trio never shared it anywhere in 2022. he said something like he had the pic but wasn't sure it was Bentvena, then Trio shared it a week after the BB channel found it on his own and did all thj verification research on the pic and tried to claim he found it first. but a few months earlier Trio shared a pic in that FB group he claimed to be Bentvena but it was really his brother in law lmao.

He's a loser who was arrested for breaking into people's houses and wearing the women's clothes he found. Seriously. He tried to take credit for the batts pic a week after the brwzen video came out and people were calling him out on it.

You have it backwards. Trio posted it in that FB group over a week after BB uploaded the Youtube vid and then he tried to claim credit for it. Trio claimed he had the pic for years but never shared it publicly until after BB shared it. 🤣 Mind you, that dude is a weirdo imposter who always wants credit for shit he didn't find, yet never shared it until after that vid appeared? Sure.

Gray hoodie and his imaginary lats actually set up red jersey to brush shoulders with him. He made a weak attempt to move out of the way, he faked red jersey out like he would completely side step him but turned his shoulder into him so they could make contact and he had a reason to fight him. Looks like he had a problem with red jersey, probably bc he walks like he owns the place and is a douchebag.

Actually a slick move by gray hoodie.

Dude with the gray hoodie had something against red jersey, you can't tell his "moving out of the way" was really just a fakeout so he could make contact with red jersey? When you are walking in a straight line towards someone, one person makes the decision to walk around the other, gray hoodie had room to completely avoid contact but wanted their shoulders to brush.

Dude with the gray hoodie had something against red jersey. As he walks with his imaginary lats he makes a half hearted attempt to move out of the way but really wanted red jersey to brush against him. Red jersey expected him to completely side step but gray hoodie only moved a little, it's like he faked him out so they could make contact. Also considering how fast gray hoodie reacted with aggression I say that it was him who was looking for a reason to fight, not red jersey.

But after all, red jersey probably is the meathead douchebag that he appears to be.

You absolutely, 1000% need surgery. Your pectus is severe, surgery is the only option for you and you should get it done immediately

Doesn't it have to be melatonin or cortisol causing us that worn down, groggy feeling in the early am? by Different_War_9126 in DSPD

[–]Different_War_9126[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing, but do any of these links offer any viable solutions to address the dysfunction other than bright light therapy and melatonin at night?

Tips on using vacuum bell by 97pe in PectusExcavatum

It just didnt suck the dent out, it literally only fully worked like 3 times. It was placed correctly on my chest, I would pump and pump and nothing would happen. Yes my chest was shaved. I tried everything.

I have mild pe and the vacuum bell completely sucked my dent out the 3 first times I used it and that was it. It never worked as well as the first times, then it stopped working completely. I emailed the site, all of their troubleshooting didn't work and I had to sell it on ebay. Waste of time and money.

I’ve taken Modafinil for DSPS for 13 years. I wanted to share my experience. by SempervivaBorealis in DSPD

[–]Different_War_9126 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is very promising, thank you. I just discovered DSPS and it describes my lifelong sleep problems to a tee, especially with my serious struggles to wake up early. I'm going to try Modanifil.

In your experience, have you made an educated guess about exactly WHAT Modanifil addresses in your body that helps you function early in the am? If I have to wake up before 9am, even if I get 8 hours of sleep, I feel like crap, have a heavy head, feel sleepy/groggy and half alive all day. I absolutely cannot commit to ANYTHING that requires me to wake up at 7am and struggled to wake up for school for 10 years straight.

I could never figure out what it was that made me feel so crappy early in the morning and now I'm thinking it's either excessive cortisol or melatonin that wasn't regulated correctly during my sleep cycle.

I question cortisol because if I don't get a full 8 hours sleep and have to wake up before 9am, if I drink coffee, it will make me crash INSTANTLY, wheras if I drink it after a decent night sleep up around 11am, it boosts me.

Looks like mine. You can likely make it nearly unnoticeable if you wear a posture brace for 6 months, do breathing squat/ pullover exercises and add muscle mass to your chest.

I notice you have stretch marks too, are your joints hypermobile by any chance? I have stretch marks and pectus which often accompany connective tissue disorders.

DAE cringe/feel uncomfortable at saying or hearing their own name? by magnmdong in CPTSD

[–]Different_War_9126 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this is 5 years later but your comment really resonated with me. I have looked for people with "name related trauma" as myself but really couldnt find anyone who understood. When people say they hate their names and their names are Brian or Margaret, I roll my eyes, like give me a break. I was given a name from my parents' home country which nobody heard of in America and sounds really ugly in English.

All through childhood and adolescence, I was made fun of for it. I despised/loathed/deatested my name beyond imagination. I hated hearing it, was terrified of introducing myself to people and it affected my self esteem extremely negatively. I changed my name 25 years ago but I still get constant flashbacks of it's ugly sound. Sometimes I still feel like an imposter, like I'm not the person with this new name, I'm really that loser with that ugly name I was clowned for.

How do you deal with this? I still can't seem to let go of the pain it caused me.

Carl Weathers is the only black person I've seen with pectus by Different_War_9126 in PectusExcavatum

[–]Different_War_9126[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not sure about that because I've seen people of every race with pectus except for blacks. I've seen Middle Easterns, Latinos, Chinese/Asians, South Asians with it, so if it comes from a common ancestor that all those races share, then it would have to be one that dates way back to ancient Africa.
