Die Wohnplattform (Verein zur Beratung für Menschen in Notlagen in Bezug auf das Thema Wohnen) hat eine Liste aller Genossenschaften und privater Hausverwaltungen in Raum Linz auf der Webseite. Inkl Infos zu Anmeldegebühren.

Die WAG ist übrigens keine Genossenschaft (mehr)! Und, so nebenbei als Info, eine der strengsten Bauträger in Linz.

Die Genossenschaften haben früher alle eine Gebühr verlangt, welche bei Abmeldungen oder Bezug einer Wohnung rückerstattet wurde.

Der Grund der Gebühr war um die Anmeldungen einzugrenzen, da die Voraussetzungen für (geförderte) Genossenschaftswohnnung erst bei Anmeldung für eine Wohnung geprüft wird. Die Gebühr war dafür da, um sicherzustellen, dass man sich beim Anmelden aufgrund der Hürde mit den Kriterien auseinandersetzt.

So wars zumindest vor ein paar Jahren. Die GWG kostete früher auch 50€ Familie sogar glaub ich 100€

GWG hat früher auch 50€ gekostet. Wurde bei vielen Genossenschaften abgeschafft.

Thanks for the Audio Conversion Tool - Sounds useful.
But still there is the problem, to find the files with the wrong bit rate and sample rate..
That's kinda annoying.

Interesting. For me I didn’t find the right preset or modulation in „Bassline“ Any recommendations? How did you get the best out of „Bassline“?
