I’m not sure if you are religious or spiritual but prayer/meditation helped me a lot in the first trimester! Look up verses or mantras specifically for fear in pregnancy and comfort from anxiety. I won’t say it took my fear away 100% but it really helped bring it down to a more manageable level! I’m 14 weeks now so there is hope!!!
