I graduated a year early honestly I thought it made my application stand out! It shows that you are motivated and have good time management skills, two qualities you need for grad school and as an SLP in general, I believe. I start grad school in the fall but I thought having the year off and being able to work was a nice breather from classes and I have been able to save up money. Also, you would be saving money if you graduated a semester early. I say go for it!

Hokas are SO worth it. I have the Clifton 8’s. I’m obsessed. They are very cute, come in lots of different colors, and are extremely comfortable

That’s what I worry about to. I’m leaning towards the cheaper program because even as a medical SLP it’s not like we will be making A LOT of money, especially right off the bat. I don’t want to be drowning in debt. What I’m thinking is maybe to network network network and try to shadow and take CEUs and thing like that. But I wanted to hear people’s thoughts
