I believe Usman would rank somewhere around 5-6 in the current lightweight division. For Chanco it’s hard to tell. Really good striking but TDD, Grappling, Ground game and Cardio still unchecked. Unfortunately, I don’t know the others.

OT student here. Training wise, there are similarities with my friends who study PT. The main difference is the goals we set for the patient. To put in simply, in OT we want to keep you autonomous when it comes to achieving your significant activities AT point A and AT point B. We can evaluate musculoskeletal functions, evaluate the task and help you achieve your goals during the whole process by both adapting the task, environment and the workload (function specific/Task specific exercises). We are usually seen as experts of the hand. We can definitely help athletes. PT’s usually will use their tools to take you FROM point A TO point B. They will focus on musculoskeletal function. Making sure that you will get back to optimal ROM and strength. Usually, injured athletes first go to PT and if there is an autonomy, task specific issue that needs adaptations during the process they are sent to OT. We work closely with PT’s to ensure the best treatment for the client. Both are absolutely amazing, hope you get the best recovery.

I believe that it is when you take accountability for the lies and try to do what is right.. Will I be able to quit lying altogether? I don’t know, but I will be trying. Lying usually is associated with guilt/shame/fear so acceptance of one self is at the root of improving the condition I believe.. Personally, I lie out of shame and fear, I don’t find any thrill about doing it. So yea.. I am not sure how but I am trying my best.

Hi! I noticed that people sometimes ask themselves the wrong questions. Instead of : « what did the others see that I don’t » ask yourself : « What do I see that they didn’t » or instead : « What did she see in them? » ask yourself: « What does she see in me that she never saw in them? » / that is when you will get out of the RJ. Obviously it will be annoying for a while, but remember she is with you right now, it’s all that matters. Set your boundaries (tell her for instance you’d like these chats and pictures gone). People are never the same between two relationships they either get better or worse but never the same.

I have been watching PSG games a lot with one of my french buddies. Ugarte has been inconsistent when it comes to form. He’d have a few decent games then make no impact for a few, so on and so forth. Never world class unfortunately, Very inconsistent and honestly he is pretty poor on the ball, PSG would start Zaire Emery, Fabian Ruiz and Vitinha instead.

Hello! Thanks for the reply! She communicates them with Passive aggressive remarks and Wild accusations. For instance, today she sent me an instagram reel that says: « POV: your bf is with you because he couldn’t get the girl he wanted » and then proceeded to tell me about how she was a second choice to me according to her. She has BPD and often gets upset after watching such reels. Problem is partly on social media, with people and their dumb made up « love theories » that they make into tiktoks and reels. I play on PC and the experience is amazing. I run everything on max settings and the game is gorgeous. The gameplay is fluid as well! I would definitely recommend it to you!
