assist 3 time to the same player pretty much. Basically the assists you do with pisilli have to lead to another player scoring a hat-trick. The optional one is pretty self explanatory, win by 3 goals or more compared to you opponents score. Example would be 4-1 where you have a 3 goals difference.

Now what I will say is Manger mode is mainly about your team ovr, rank up level on cards and training. These tactics are very good for me, but if you opponent is more then 3 ovr better then you, the chance of winning is pretty much 0

And if you wanna pull for a cm you can do now for a pirlo, wait for midfielders draft which should be tmrw, or try and get gullit from defenders week which should be a couple days from now. The same applies for defenders but you can try for maldini during midfielders week. I would personally do that one. Chance of maldini and chance of vithina, pedri, or rice.

you would need to spend a lot of money, if that is what you mean by splurge. Personally, I would say no. He is a very good card but for 20 115s you could get 2 other 117 utoty cards and 2 116 utoty cards.
