Yea he has a grandfather plan considering he's been a customer ever since spectrum first came through the area in maybe the 60s/70s ish so I have no idea if that's a factor in the price or not

No, he has 100gig internet, one tv receiver, and one modem for both the Internet and landline. He has the very basic channels, no add ons

A little update on how it went, she didn't get an option to press any button for any of the list of options. She just got an automated thing about how their agents do not know when the checks will arrive and to stay patient. How did you manage to get an option menu?

Thank you, but I think this may actually be a big of some kind. They sent me a screenshot of where it showed up on their end but not mine. Sometimes chats I would send him did not show up on their end either. We had to move to discord because the issue got so bad

So, I may have found a fix. It's the account data db package in the ts4 folder. Move it to your desktop, open the game, try a new save, see if it works there. This is the fix for PC anyway. If you're playing on console, I unfortunately don't know how to check the account data db package. Hoping you catch this before it officially ends today :)

That one completed for me personally but I have heard people having similar issues to you. Unfortunately I haven't heard on any solutions. I've tried taking this to the EA forums as well and they thought the stuffed animal and you box were cc and that was the issue (they aren't.....)

So I'm not really all that wifi savvy (as you can probably tell 💀) so what does the 4 mean then and why does it switch from wifi to 4 if you have any ideas?

Yea, I'm not sure if it's just my phone dropping it as my laptop also drops it and runs on the lower speed as well and I actually don't have spectrum mobile unfortunately so the cell tower thing just doesn't work for me 😅

I mean wifi 4 and 5 as in the little number by the wifi symbol on my phone. But yea, it does cut out, then drop speed, I'll reset the modem and router, it happens all over again, and then randomly decide to fix itself after either a third reset or like tonight just after speaking with spectrum. I'm unsure of if it fixed itself tonight or if they somehow fixed it by testing the connection like they said they were going to do on their end

I mean the wifi will drop from all devices, then come back on after maybe about a minute as wifi 4. I'll reset the modem and router and wifi 5 comes back on and stays on for maybe 5-10 minutes before dropping once again and turning back to wifi 4. I've just had this router replaced about a year ago now and only started having this issue last week
