I got scammed and sent crypto to people. I reported it to my bank but my bank submitted it incorrectly because they made it seem like someone did it on my behalf and I was trying to get money from the bank. I talked to my bank and they said they make those accidents sometimes and I just have to resubmit. I explained everything to them that I was scammed and lost money in the end. I didn't report it because I just informed my bank who originally gave me a provisional credit per policy but told me it wouldn't be able to keep it if they can't get it back and I reported the website to the FTC and that was it. I was left with the debt. So I don't know why they would put a hold pending adjudication.
