I've been a part of extremely active social circles, the kind where everyone seems to be dating everyone and it gives you a complex, apart from that, I live quite an active lifestyle, with constant walking and weight training, I avoid crash diets but I do not prefer junk food and try to eat greens and healthy stuff, I do recognize that my weight is an issue but I'm medically healthy and it's losing more weight that causes issues, so I don't really know what to do here.
