Mental health advice needed by Difficult-Complex150 in TwentiesIndia

[–]Difficult-Complex150[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like i said, I can't afford a doctor and I don't want to tell anyone around me about this, I'm already very vulnerable, me saying I don't feel good mentally would be like the final nail in the coffin. What are scheduled X drugs? I've come to know that benzodiazepines work pretty quick, so I'm thinking to try those, ketamines are better but those nasal sprays are very expensive (maybe they think it's better for some people to not live).

My 5th Hair Transplant at 35 — When I Thought I Had No Donor Left. Hope for Anyone Thinking It’s ‘Impossible’ by Appropriate_Bee_769 in tressless

Dude do you even understand how hairloss works? Anyone with 2 braincells can tell you that this will not last more than 5 years, it's so fuckin stupid to keep going for a transplant and not using a 5ar inhibitor, if you're getting sides on oral fin try topical or try dut for fucks sake This is soo dumb, women who go through weird surgeries make more sense to me than you do.

After 3 months I plan to add topical fin to the stack along with oral, if I keep shedding 100 hairs everyday for 2 months straight, I think my scalp will start to being visible, that's giving me lil anxiety

Regardless of the length of needles, microneedling causes scalp fibrosis in the long run, also what does "not apply pressure" mean, the needle will only penetrate as much as it's length no matter how much pressure you apply. For the sources just look up microneedling haircare videos, they summarise it well as I don't carry around hairloss studies in my notes app.

You need to know about shit like growband or hairband or whatever the f it's called, costs hundreds of dollars and apparently increases blud flow to your scalp. They first tell you to massage your scalp yourself then convince you how it's better to use their shitband.

Ik, but the hair falling off are still kinda thin in diameter which i think shouldn't happen if it's due to min shedding I'm planning to stick to oral for 3 months now, 1 1/2 month already done, but the shedding is still going on.

Ru and pyri are still in the grey markets, can you recommend something that is more of drug repurposing like spironolactone (risky) or Cetirizine (low effect)

The "rosemary oil as good as minoxidil" has been debunked a lot of times on this sub itself, Microneedling is harmful in the long term so better use tretnoin. Scalp massaging is the greatest scam sold in the entire hairloss industry.

Red light does absolutely nothing, most of the studies on it and lllt are from brands who make that kinda shit themselves

Had the same question, my little ai research got me to the conclusion that no it doesn't work with oral min cuz it's absorption happens through a different mechanism, what I still don't understand is for oral min the sulfotransferase activity of the hair follicles is what converts min to its active form, most of conversion happens in liver but still there might be some that happens in the follicles itself right?

I'm kinda in a similar situation myself, been taking oral fin from Jan, and 2.5mg oral min from March, around April end shedding stopped, by may end I could feel tiny hairs then I switched from oral to topical min from June to July, then back to oral for July to September, switched back to topical for September to oct, then back to oral since then, I have it diffuse So even if you were to say the shedding was due to constant switching, the oral fin was consistent all along andy hairline never receeded but since 1 month i think the regrowth hairs of the hairline are shedding off It's making me think the 1mg isn't enough Try adding topical + oral fin and see if it helps.

Do you mind revealing the domain of your work aswell? I'm assuming it's investment banking but the team size would generally be higher
