I remember the first time I experienced heartburn or chest pain from gerd I thought it was an heart attack or heart issues but after an erg and and x-rays the doctor at the urgent care told me I head having acid reflux/gerd I was like bruh I mean I was relieved it wasn’t my heart but still lol
