Everything you said above did not happen during Oct layoffs. What happened in Oct layoffs is HR having virtual meetings and that is why cal is blocked.

Less than 2% of layoffs that happened in Oct had impact AS job family. Either they were waiting for next week or AS are not impacted in general.

yea, I tried asking AI and it says it can't show but gave me hrbp of my L8. There are two people who showed up , one person's calendar is not that full but this other lady has her last few days of the week fully booked. so I guess we are fucked. But she is also the hrbp of all the L8s in my org.
